La Croisière de l’art
La Croisière de l’art is a cultural, artistic and educational programme. Designed and run by the Frac-Artothèque in conjunction with social centres in Limoges and Saint-Sulpice-Laurière, this programme is based around several different activities:
– A travelling cultural programme, aimed at families in Limoges
– A series of workshops planned and run by artists
– A residency for artists in a rural area
– A publishing programme
La Croisière de l’art combines workshops, the discovery of art locations, and summer leisure time, with the idea of creating links between different generations and between urban and rural areas. This programme offers a friendly environment in which to discover contemporary creativity, to encourage open discussion about art, and to support artists.
La Croisière de l’art is supported by the DRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine / ministère de la Culture as part of the l’Été culturel programme.
